La Cabaña Restaurant exhibits a stunning 8 x 1,5- metre artwork, designed with a Lombok traditional roof in the heart of the floor space which creates a comfortable atmosphere and relaxed setting made of natural elements, such as alang-alang, bamboo and handmade lighting wooden.
“La Cabaña” proposes a creative kind of cuisine, combining various international recipes with modern culinary techniques. Drawing inspiration from seasonal selections of organically grown ingredients, the cuisine is characterized by the use of local delicacies.
The menu offers a vast array of international influenced specialties, Spanish dishes like “paella”, “patatas bravas” and “huevos rotos”, as well as authentic Indonesian favorites such as “nasi goreng”.
